Our studio MMS contains a spacious studio with a control room, a medium-sized tight sounding tracking room, other rooms/booths and a live rehearsal hall that is well customized for recording vocals, any instrument including grand piano and drums, ensembles and bands (up to 5 people). The studio utilizes class-A audio equipment and a low-noise signal chain, and contains a wide range of instruments such as guitars, grand piano, upright piano, drums, and digital keyboards and synths.

The studio is well-treated and operated by expert music industry professionals with +20 years of engineering experience in running different studio locations with a myriad of different music and audio gear.

Studio rehearsals feature a PA system, mics, mic stands, music stands and instrument amps. An electronic drumkit is available for rental or an acoustic drumkit can be brought along for the session.

We strive to develop a strong, supportive and motivating professional relationship with all our clients. If you have any specific concerns or technical questions, we will do our best to address this prior and/or after your session.

Studio MMS offers an environment similar to that of other medium-sized recording studios, but we focus on high value and client care based on professionalism, efficiency, flexibility and quality in terms of customizing sessions specifically to your project. We charge a musician-friendly hourly rate for studio rehearsals as we are musicians ourselves. Our forte is our musical expertise, technical depth and relationship skills.

Our standard rate for studio rehearsal is $29/hr. Our rehearsal studio rooms fit up to 6 people. This includes all instrument amplification, a PA system, microphones and whatever instruments that are already placed and available in the specific rooms etc. Additional instrument rentals, including electronic drumkits are charged as "add-ons" from $2/hr. We do not presently have acoustic drumkits available at our studios, but feel free to bring your own.

We offer to record your rehearsal as an overall stereo stem recording. This can easily be achieved through using an electronic drumkit (available for rental) for your band practise. If you want to bring an acoustic drumkit, and want to mic up the entire kit, along with every other instrument and vocal mics, the rehearsal fee rate will increase to $38-55/hr. A more basic set up where the set up is simpler, and constant tracking is the only thing required is charged lower. A more expansive set up, with separate takes and individually calibrated headphone mixes etc. will be charged at our band recording rate of $55/hr.

For a basic rehearsal, a Bose L1 PA system and a mixing board with microphones etc. is available. You can also opt for a headphone mixed rehearsal, for only a slightly higher fee.

We are able to record every instrument separately up to 16 channels through our recording studio signal chain. This is enough channels to capture an entire band including vocals, drums, guitar, keyboards and bass. All musicians get a set of headphones, their own separate headphone mix and we can adjust individual headphone mixes with a boost for your own instrument.
